Agreement for Internet Services

1. Parties
1.1. You (hereinafter Client) and "eHosting" (hereinafter eHosting), together and separately referred to as the parties, have entered into this agreement under Latvian law.

2. Subject
2.1. eHosting provides services to the Client according to the selected plan, the Client agrees to pay. Technical parameters, tariffs, and payment procedures are specified in Appendix No. 1.

3. Payment
3.1. Payment is made in advance, invoices are valid without signature. In case of delay, eHosting may involve third parties for debt collection. The Client pays all collection costs.
3.2. For late payment, eHosting may charge a penalty of 0.5% per day. In case of early termination, the advance is not refunded.
3.3. Automatic payments from balance, PayPal, or card are not refunded.
3.4. Domain renewal invoices are issued in advance, eHosting guarantees renewal only if paid on time.

4. Service Usage
4.1. The Client is responsible for their actions.
4.2. It is prohibited to use services for illegal purposes, spam, viruses, or violating third-party rights.
4.3. Server and email resource limits are listed on the website.

5. Security
5.1. The Client must keep the password secret and report any security breaches immediately.

6. Rights of eHosting
6.1. eHosting strives to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Account Closure
7.1. eHosting may temporarily or permanently close the account for rule violations or non-payment.

8. Term and Termination
8.1. The agreement is valid until all obligations are fulfilled. Termination requires written notice 1 month in advance.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.

10. Law and Disputes
10.1. All disputes are resolved under Latvian law, if necessary — in arbitration.

11. Other Terms
11.1. The agreement is electronic and valid without signature.

12. Refund Policy
12.1. The Client may cancel the service and request a refund within 10 days after ordering (hosting only).

13. Cancellation Policy
13.1. The Client may cancel the service by notifying eHosting 30 days in advance.

eHosting Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that the processing of your personal data complies with legal requirements. You can trust us with your personal data.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide you with information about the processing of personal data and your rights.

According to the concluded agreement and/or given consent, the controller of your personal data is «eHosting».

Purposes and legitimate interests of eHosting for personal data processing:

• preparation of various documents, including contracts and agreements;
• identification of clients, employees, partners, or other data subjects;
• customer service and improvement of service quality;
• provision of services;
• improvement of service quality;
• development of new services;
• delivery of goods and documents;
• review of complaints, claims, suggestions, notifications, and other submissions;
• maintaining communication;
• administration of settlements;
• debt collection;
• maintenance and analysis of statistical data;
• market research purposes;
• advertising new services and goods;
• creation, implementation, and improvement of loyalty programs;
• other marketing activities;
• news notifications;
• other purposes, if the client has been informed about them.

Legal basis for personal data processing:

• legal requirements (for example, the Accounting Law, the Electronic Communications Law, etc.);
• contract with the client;
• in certain cases, based on the client's consent;
• to realize the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party.

eHosting ensures, regularly reviews, and improves protection measures, as well as applies modern technologies to protect the personal data of its employees and clients.

Transfer of personal data:

To fulfill our legal obligations, we may transfer your personal data to law enforcement authorities, as well as state and municipal institutions in cases provided by law.

Personal data retention period:

• Your data will be processed as long as the contract is in force, as well as while the limitation period for claims is in force;
• while the parties can realize their legitimate interests;
• in accordance with legal requirements;
• while the client's consent to personal data processing is in force.

Your rights:

• to find out whether we process your personal data;
• if we process your personal data, you have the right to access the relevant information;
• if the information about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to provide us with up-to-date information and request its correction;
• to withdraw consent;
• in certain cases, you have the right to object to data processing, request restriction of data processing, request deletion of data;
• to receive and/or transfer personal data to another controller.

You can exercise your rights only on the basis of a written application. We will provide a response within the period specified by law. If a solution cannot be reached, you have the right to contact the Data State Inspectorate.
